We launched a special curriculum unit: "Me and My Country." Children explored different religions by listening to various prayers, learning about traditional foods and clothing, and celebrating diversity.

08

Our preschool children visited religious places including a Buddhist temple, Muslim mosque, and Catholic church. These visits deepened their understanding of Sri Lanka’s cultural and religious diversity.

21

We conducted a group interview for five candidates applying for the Operations Specialist Intern position. This step supports our growth and opens new opportunities for youth.

28

Heavy rains and humidity caused corrosion on some metal machines, but we overcame it through deep cleaning and applying anti-corrosion paint. This helped protect production and maintain hygiene standards.

04

For Independence Day, we invited religious leaders to join for a celebration. Children enjoyed educational videos, coloring activities, and tasty snacks. It was a meaningful way to teach unity and peace.

14

We began preparations to welcome the holy month of Ramadan. This reflects our commitment to respecting and embracing all faiths and traditions within the Elukids community.

26

Ahinsa transitioned from a permanent team member to the temporary operator pool due to health reasons. This decision allows her to stay connected with the team while prioritizing her wellbeing.

28

We took a step forward on our Fair-Trade journey by connecting with a local consultant in Sri Lanka to guide us toward certification. This will elevate our cashew brand through ethical practices.
